Hi there, I'm Studio 1 - your next creative partner. With my vast, white-walled open space, I'm here to host your shoots, from minimalist to extravagant.

Need to switch scenes? I’ve got room for mini-sets, lighting rigs, and even a runway.

Hosting a crowd? No problem, I can comfortably accommodate your team of 30 or an event of 200. I understand the need for those thoughtful touches, so I come with my own office, kitchen, private dressing room, and lounge - all you need to feel at home.

Oh, and did I mention Dot’s Props? You’ll have complimentary access to over 50 unique photography backdrops to make your visuals pop.

At $135 p/h or $160 for weekday events, I’m invested in making your vision come to life.

Light: Studio 1 boasts east-facing windows, welcoming a flood of natural light, particularly in the late morning and early afternoon. For added control, natural light can be moderated with curtains.
Sound: While the studio isn’t soundproof, it's designed for a quiet atmosphere, suitable for standard recording. For projects with specific acoustic needs, exclusive hire is recommended to ensure control over the entire environment.
For standard usage, Studio 1 is available at $135 per hour. For weekday events, the rate is $160. Special not-for-profit rates are available upon inquiry.
Absolutely! We understand creative projects don't always fit into nine-to-five boundaries. Whether you need multiple days for a detailed production or a unique event, we can accommodate. Reach out to us to discuss your needs.
Studio 1 can comfortably hold a production team of 30 people. For events, the space can accommodate 200 attendees.
