When "I FEEL LIKE BEY" Took Over Dottiewood Studios

One of our fav events ever at Dottiewood? Curated by the stellar @tobarttakeover (Chris Tobar Rodriguez, an artist dynamo) and the visionary @shecollectsart (a fierce advocate for BIPOC and women artists), "I FEEL LIKE BEY" was not just an event; it was a phenomenon.

Picture this: Over 30 artists, each giving their unique spin on Beyoncé's iconic discography. Our Cyc studio? Turned into a panoramic Beyoncé realm that left attendees awestruck. Fabulous tunes echoed throughout the night, thanks to @djkickit17 and @djkaycali. But wait, there’s more. The spotlight stole away for a moment by the fabulous @natasha_capri, serving us some Beyoncé realness with her drag performance, and let's just say, our private dressing room has never seen such fierce transformations!

Dancing? Check. Art? Double-check. A space buzzing with creativity, passion, and the spirit of Queen B? Absolutely. "I FEEL LIKE BEY" wasn't just another event; it showcased how Dottiewood Studios can metamorphose into anything dreamers like Tobar and She Collects envision. To those who were there, thanks for the memories. To those who weren't, don't miss out next time. And for those planning their next showstopper event? You know where to find us.

The Cyclorama wall in the Cyc studio was the best choice to play Beyonce music videos all night long!
